Three things happen at once on a Nuga Best bed. None of them require you to undress or lie under oil.

Heated jade & tourmaline

Smooth stones warm through and move slowly along your spine, carrying heat deeper than a heating pad ever could.

Spinal acupressure

Steady, targeted pressure along points on either side of the spine as the bed moves gently beneath you.

What to expect

Sessions are fully clothed — no oils, no undressing. Most people feel the warmth within the first few minutes and leave looser through the back and shoulders.

First time in? Come in something comfortable, and let us know if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have any condition that needs extra care.
